General Conduct

Residents must maintain peace and harmony within the society

All residents are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes community harmony and mutual respect.

No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM

To ensure peaceful living for all residents, loud music, parties, or any noise disturbance is prohibited after 10:00 PM.

Proper disposal of waste in designated areas

All residents must dispose of waste only in designated garbage collection points and follow segregation guidelines.

No smoking in common areas

Smoking is strictly prohibited in elevators, lobbies, staircases, and all common areas of the society.

Parking & Vehicles

Park only in assigned parking spaces

Residents must park their vehicles only in designated parking spots. No parking in visitor or emergency areas.

Speed limit of 10 km/h within society premises

All vehicles must maintain a maximum speed of 10 km/h within the society premises for safety.

Without sticker vehicle not permitted in society

All vehicles must have valid society stickers. Vehicles without proper stickers are not permitted to enter or park in the society premises.

Visitor vehicles require prior permission

Visitors must obtain permission from security before bringing vehicles into the society premises.

Maintenance & Repairs

Report maintenance issues promptly

Residents must report any maintenance issues, leaks, or damages to the management office immediately.

No modifications without approval

Structural modifications, drilling, or alterations require prior written approval from the management committee.

Maintenance charges must be paid on time

Monthly maintenance charges must be paid by the 10th of each month to avoid late fees.

Common area maintenance is society responsibility

Maintenance of common areas, elevators, and facilities is the responsibility of the society management.

Security & Safety

Visitors must be registered in NoBrokerhood app

Residents must add visitors in advance through the NoBrokerhood app so security can verify and guests can enter without hassle.

Visitors must be registered at security desk

All visitors must be registered at the security desk and accompanied by residents during their visit.

No parcel should be collected at security guard

Security guards are not responsible for collecting or holding parcels. Residents must collect their parcels directly from delivery personnel.

Report suspicious activities immediately

Residents must report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the security team immediately.

Amenities Usage

Amenities are for residents and registered guests only

All society amenities including Garden, Podium Garden, Children's Play Area, and indoor games are exclusively for residents and their registered guests.

Follow amenity-specific guidelines

Each amenity has specific usage guidelines that must be followed. Check notice boards for details.

Maintain cleanliness in all amenities

Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all amenity areas and report any issues.

Respect amenity timings

All amenities have specific operating hours that must be respected by all residents.

Penalties & Enforcement

Violation of rules may result in penalties as per society bylaws

First-time minor violations may result in a written warning

Fine

Repeated violations or serious offenses may result in monetary fines

Restriction

Access to amenities may be restricted for repeated violations

Legal Action

Severe violations may result in legal action as per society bylaws
